Originally I heard Neurofeedback helps with Dyslexia, so I wanted to see if it could help improve my reading and reading anxiety for my Monday morning Safety Meetings. After 2 sessions I had no anxiety reading in front of a group of people, because I could easily see the words on the page; my reading speed and comfort improved dramatically.
After I received a concussion from an auto accident, I once again started Neurofeedback (NFB) sessions with Deborah. I heard NFL/MLB players use NFB to help with concussions and sports performance, so I wanted to give it a try. After 2 sessions my headache, sound and light sensitivity decreased a lot. With continued sessions, I found my brain fog and search for words improved too.
Thank you Deborah for patiently explaining how all of it works and answering all of my questions.
